Run your practice
with your voice.

Pair EHR writes your visit notes and tracks your patients between appointments.
You walk in caught up. You walk out with the note done.

The visit

Eyes on your patient,
not on a keyboard.

  1. 01

    Walk in prepared

Just before a booked visit, Pair EHR reads the last note, new documents and recent logs, and drafts a short list of points to cover. It waits on your home screen.

  2. 02

Press one button, then forget it

Start visit begins the recording. As you talk, covered points check themselves off, and charts of the patient's own logged data appear when the conversation touches them. Mention walking, see the walking.

  3. 03

Review a note, not a blank page

Minutes after the visit ends, a structured SOAP draft is waiting. Accept it, refine it in plain words, or reject it. Nothing enters the record without your sign-off.

Visit mode. The checklist strikes through what you have covered, and the agent adds points it hears.

Between visits

Your advice leaves the room.
Now the data comes back.

Every patient gets a phone app. They photograph a meal and the AI names the food, portions and macros. They tick off the habits you prescribed. You see all of it before they sit down.

The patient food log: snap a meal, today's habits, and meals with photos and macros

Photo in, numbers out

A photo becomes named foods with portions, calories and macros. Wrong portion? Every item edits with a dropdown that remembers how this patient usually eats.

Habits with your name on them

Patients track their own habits, and the ones you prescribe carry a small star. Water, walks, sleep, whatever the plan is. Optional by design, visible by default.

Booking without the phone tag

Patients see your real free slots and book into them. You confirm with one tap, from the same screen your day lives on.

Honest about gaps

A day with no entries is treated as not recorded, never as not eaten. The scribe and the summaries are built on that rule.

The practitioner side

Have a look around.

Every screen below comes from the app itself or its approved designs. The patients are invented. Nothing else is.

Pair EHR Home screen
The home screen is the day: the patient in the room on the left, the assistant on the right. It never leaves the screen.

Ask

“Catch me up on Sam.”

The assistant answers from your own records: visits, notes, labs, food and habit logs. Ask before a visit and get a brief. Ask across the practice and hear who is trending worse. Say “book Maya on Tuesday at two” and it is done, after it shows you what it is about to do.

  • Answers only from the record, with the numbers shown
  • Scheduling by voice, always confirmed before it acts
  • Charts the model designs on the fly for your question

Suggestions follow the moment. Before a visit, they are about the patient who is about to walk in.

Trust

Built cautious, on purpose.

Patient records go into Google Cloud under a signed Business Associate Agreement, and they stay there. The only way data comes back out is to the person it belongs to.

Handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements

Everything runs inside Google Cloud under a signed Business Associate Agreement: storage, transcription, and the models that draft your notes. No provider without a BAA ever receives patient data.

Yours, and only yours

Recordings and records are used to run Pair EHR and nothing else. A practitioner sees only their own patients, a patient sees only their own record, and nothing trains anyone's models.

Recording only in the room

The microphone opens when you press Start visit and closes when you end it. There is no ambient listening on the home screen, and every recording proposal is visible and dismissible.

You sign every note

Drafts are drafts. SOAP notes, schedule changes and anything else the AI proposes waits for your explicit confirmation before it touches the record.

Pair EHR is in active testing with practitioners and is not a certified EHR. We would rather tell you that here than in small print.

Private beta

Built with healing practitioners,
not just for them.

We are onboarding a small number of complementary and alternative medicine practices, acupuncture and functional medicine among them, and shaping the product around their days. If that is you, we would like to talk.
